Acne that reappears when people say the skin is clear

I get this in my inbox, and it goes like this: “Since my teens, I have suffered from extremes of acne. And I notice that when my skin is clear and someone compliments me on my skin, I come out in spots. Same with weight. something happens. If someone compliments me, I stop taking care of it. There is an energy blockage somewhere and I need to release it. ” Here is a simple Tapping suggestion to help.

Imagine there are two of you.

One is the logical you;

The other is the emotional you. It may look like 3 years old, 6 years old, a baby, 12 years old, 13 years old, 20 years old, whatever. Accept it in whatever form it appears. If you can’t visualize, draw it. You don’t have to be an award-winning artist; a stick figure will do well,

Emotional You have just been told that your skin is clear or you have lost weight. She is happy to hear that, but also sees that it feels uncomfortable.

Do you feel like helping her, or do you feel that she bothers you or that you hate her for getting into trouble? If it is the latter, tap as follows, over and over again, until you feel compassion for her.

Configuration: “Even though I hate you little / young, I honor my feelings and where they come from”

Reminder: “This hatred / resentment” (use the words that feel closest to how you feel).

Then rest. When you’re ready, introduce yourself and ask on a scale of 10 to 0, how uncomfortable are you? If there is anything above zero, tap as follows, for her on her body, or if she wants, she can tap with you on her body, until she feels a zero. Thank him for saving this feeling for you for all those years, for doing everything possible to protect it, and assure him that he will always be a part of you and can ask him for help later in the future whenever he wants.

And then imagine a bubble of energy around you and Little / Younger You.

Fill this bubble with courage, love, beauty and pride.

If at any point during this procedure there are tears or any reaction, let it go, keep tapping on all the points you can think of until it calms down again. It’s just a healthy release.

Repeat this session 3 times a week for 2 weeks, with different ages of the smallest / youngest self.
