Psychic traveler

Having the ability to project consciousness opens up fascinating experiences when traveling the world without leaving home. Explore the ancient pyramids of Egypt, discover galaxies, or walk along beautiful beaches in remote locations. You can even exchange information with other psychic travelers throughout your journey.

For some people, psychic journeys are an out-of-body experience, while others are in an out-of-body dream. Moving outside of your body is also called Astral Projection. In whatever way the traveler moves through the universe, one thing is for sure, the adventure is incredible.

At the beginning of any new way of learning, whether it’s expanding the mind or learning to swim, the first experience can be a bit scary. Once the initial fears are overcome, a whole new dimension awaits you in your life. If you are squeamish at the thought of possibly floating in the air or perhaps viewing your physical body from outside your body, then psychic travel may not be suitable for you. The worst-case scenario for new psychic travelers is a rapid return to your body as a jolt accompanied by a loud bang, flash, or bright light.

If you are ready to try psychic travel, I am happy to be your guide. The following instructions will help you get started. I suggest you start your journey at bedtime. When you are comfortable on your psychic journeys, go ahead and avoid caution, travel anywhere at any time of the day or night. (Don’t be surprised to see me travel alongside you.)

All aboard:

1. Make yourself comfortable. Lie on your back with your arms and palms at your sides. Begin to relax your body starting with your toes up to your neck and muscles in your face. Your body will feel heavier and heavier.

2. Focus your concentration on your breathing. The slow rhythmic movement of deep breathing will further relax you into a deeply altered state of mind while you are alert. Focus your thoughts in the center of your forehead.

3. Now visualize in your mind, your duplicate (spirit) in images of sunlight, light like feathers floating upwards. Now feel two sensations; one is from your physical body, heavy as a lump of clay. The other sensation is weightlessness and freedom of your spirit. Your eyes remain closed, but you are aware of the room around you. Observe the color, it may appear that there is a purple hue in the dark. Now focus your attention on the center of the ceiling.

4. Visualize in your mind the center of the ceiling approaching you and as you do this, you become aware that it is floating in your spiritual body. You can even see your body lying peacefully under you on your bed.

5. Move up through the roof and go out into the world, visit friends or places. You will come back when you are ready just by thinking of going back.
