Review on “Bodybuilding Supplement Secrets Revealed” by Bryan Kernan

The book “Bodybuilding Supplement Secrets Revealed” by Bryan Kernan is a very revealing book that talks about the hidden truths that the supplement companies don’t want you to know. These facts about certain supplements can be quite difficult to find as supplement manufacturers do not want ordinary people to discover these secrets. You can’t find this in magazines either due to the fact that most of these magazines are sponsored by companies that manufacture these supplements. In short, this is as close as you can get to the inside scoop on bodybuilding supplement secrets.

In addition to revealing the hidden information about these companies, this book also talks about the “processes” these supplements go through that these companies are also a part of. Consumers SHOULD be aware of these “processes” because some of these companies trick consumers into buying a product that is not “real value for money”. If you’re confused about what I’m talking about, imagine a reputable supplement company selling a capsule with just sugar inside as a protein supplement. You could also imagine that these “capsules” would sell well because most people would stop researching that product and rely more often on the word of the ads.

But the 2 most important parts of the book are the information on certain supplements or compounds and the recipes on how to combine them. Bryan has given a lot of details about supplements like creatine in his e-book, he also talks about how to use it effectively in conjunction with other supplements and compounds. Bryan also created certain “recipes” that would help people achieve specific goals, such as increasing anabolic states or increasing metabolism despite a strict calorie diet.

Overall, the information found in this e-book is “class A” and definitely recommended “food for thought” for bodybuilders and fitness buffs alike. The only thing that sets it apart from being perfect is information on how to get these nutrients the cheapest, organic, non-chemical way: fruits, vegetables, herbs, or other inexpensive consumables. I was also left wondering if all these ideas and techniques could be applied to our female counterparts as they are not “testosterone driven”. However, this ebook is very informative and a nice addition to my fitness library.
