Vitamins – Health Supplements

Most of us want explosive energy, freedom from pain and illness, good feelings, and a great appearance. Yet how many of us have all these things? A good diet, plenty of hydration, vitamins, health supplements, and a little physical movement are really all it takes to get them ALL! And the reality is that vitamins, health supplements and good hydration are the three most important.

Why?

While a good diet and exercise are the most touted and apparently doctor-recommended lifestyle factors for implementing a long, healthy and happy life, they are not easily sustained by most people in our society. Do I really need to suggest you look for evidence? For the most part, our society is overweight, lethargic, and depressed.

Am I suggesting that diet and exercise are not important? Not even a little.

I am simply stating that we do not need to make them our FIRST line of attack. Push them back a priority or two. This is why:

– Unless we already feel energized, healthy, and have momentum working for us, we’re unlikely to stick to a diet and exercise regimen. Actually, we’ll be hard-pressed to even start one in the first place!

– A good diet does not guarantee good nutrition. Even some of our “healthiest” foods are grown in nutrient-starved soil and lack all the nutritional power. Chemicals like herbicides and pesticides also compromise the nutritional integrity of our food supply.

– When exercise is forced, it SUCKS! When it arises from natural enthusiasm, IT’S ROCK! It has to = Blade. I want = Fun!

When enough hydration is provided, along with natural vitamins and health supplements, it creates a chain reaction within your body, mind, and emotions that makes a healthy diet and exercise virtually automatic.

Your body will eventually get high-quality nutrition, become addicted to it, and only want foods that support it. Eating healthy will simply become part of your nature. It will not be forced. You won’t have to think about it.

You will feel so energized and excited about your life, all you want to do all day is dance, jump, run, jump… MOVE! Her excess body fat will melt away effortlessly, along with depression, anxiety, and complacency. You will have a new zest for life that you may never have known.

But here is the key:

Never, and please hear me loud and clear, NEVER take synthetic vitamin supplements! This is the junk you’ll find at your corner grocery store or drug store. They do more harm than good. They’re not even real vitamins, but “vitamin simulations” made in a lab by people in white coats. Its mineral content consists of noxious crushed rocks. These are the types of supplements that make us jittery, turn our urine green, and cause us to have “vitamin burps.” Rough.

So please, it’s whole food or nothing, okay? Have you ever tried a whole food vitamin or health supplement? 9 times out of 10 it will come in the form of a clear capsule filled with a greenish or yellowish powder. These are not one a day as you will normally take some with each meal. This keeps a constant flow of incredible quality, high potency nutrition present in your body at all times.

Buy your vitamins and health supplements at your local health food store or an online store that deals primarily in whole food, all-natural nutrition. Look for a great multivitamin that contains chelated minerals, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and phytovitamins.

I also highly recommend a high potency antioxidant formula. The acai berry is the best. Green tea is also great. This type of antioxidant will destroy any free radicals in your system, paving the way for your whole food multivitamin to be as effective as possible. The antioxidant itself will provide you with many amazing health benefits, especially if you go the acai berry route!

And don’t forget to hydrate! 4 to 6 liters of purified water every day will keep all of your new nutrition circulating optimally. It will keep your cells full and vibrant, your blood (and therefore your entire body) oxygenated and energized. The water is wonderful; water is life!

Do these two things first, and I promise you, everything else will fall into place naturally.
