If your resort is not too far away, you will be sitting in a small boat, also known as a dhoni, which will cost around US$1 to reach your destination (for example, Dhoni to Capital Male will cost US$1). If you are a little further away, you may need to consider taking a speedboat which will cost you around US$75. If your resort island is too far away, you will have to take a seaplane which will cost you around another US$350 or more.

Depending on the rules of the beach, some of the seashells are protected and you can’t get them back. In the early hours of the morning, the sea will wash the seashells onto the sand.
