A vicious kettlebell circuit!

I think we can both agree that kettlebell training is a strong option when it comes to getting a good workout. Well, training in circuit form with this kettlebell workout is no different.

The following kettlebell workout is what I like to call the vicious circuit. It involves a combination and variation of swings, cleanings, and outbursts to get the blood pumping. To get started, you will need to have a pair of moderately heavy bells of equal weight. Each exercise will include 5 repetitions. Begin by performing a fair duel by carrying the bells to your chest. Bring the bells off the floor to your chest for each rep. When you’re done with your first 5 reps, just transition to doing pushup rows (aka man-maker) with the two bells.

This is where you do a push-up with the bells and row one towards the rib cage and then do another push-up to row the other side to the rib cage. Complete 5 of these on each side. Then immediately stand up to perform 5 duel bell changes. After your fifth swing, simply transition from the sixth swing to a series of 5 overhead dueling bell starts. When you complete the starts you will have concluded the first round of the vicious circuit. Try to complete 3 full rounds of this circuit and strictly manage your rest time between cycles.

If you include this little series in your personal program, you will quickly see the pounds melt away. Losing weight and getting in shape will never come so fast! Train hard and give it a try, folks.
