How to get skinny lying in bed by moving only one hand per second a day

I’m going to show you how to lose weight in just a few seconds a day while lying on your bed and moving one hand. Sounds intriguing … sounds interesting?

Well, it is … and it’s also one of the best and easiest ways to lose belly fat pretty fast.

This may sound crazy, but you can lose belly fat without doing anything more than wave a hand while lying on your bed. What you do is called “abdominal massage” and I will give you some basic information on how and why it works.

So this is what you do …

Lie down on your bed and take both hands and rub them together for 15 seconds. This generates kinetic thermal energy. This is important because this heat will penetrate your fat deposits and loosen them. So rub your hands together.

Now once you are done, rub small circles with one of your hands around your belly button. Rub 1 circle every second. So, not too fast, not too slow.

Keep rubbing these circles for 30 seconds or so.

Stop, rest a bit, then repeat by rubbing your hands and then rubbing your belly in circles again. Do this for 4 minutes a day … 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night.

The reason this works is as I mentioned above … the heat loosens fat deposits so they are carried away and expelled from your body. Abdominal massages also stimulate your digestive system to be more efficient at removing waste products.

So if you want to lose weight, that is the best way to lose weight without much effort. It has been shown to work, however weight loss and inches lost vary for each person. Some perform better than others. But don’t let that stop you from doing this simple exercise.
