Role and duties of a rabbi
Before I tell you about the role and duties of a rabbi, I need to tell you that what is a rabbi? And who is responsible for this position? A rabbi is a Jewish religious leader and teacher. If any Jewish person has any doubts or questions about his religion, he approaches a rabbi instantly to find out the truth. Rabbis help you by giving you spiritual advice, since they are not appointed by God, so they do not occupy any sacred place or position. The rabbi is mainly considered to be a person who teaches Judaism.
Rabbi is a spiritual leader, and the literal meaning of rabbi is my teacher or my teacher. There are some basic responsibilities and duties of the rabbi such as:
- Giving a weekly sermon
- Respond to inquiries from people related to your religion.
- Lead a congregation in prayer.
- The rabbi plays an important role in the interpretation of his holy book.

There are some differences between male rabbis and female rabbis, such as:

- Jewish rabbis are considered to have strong personalities and are highly respected figures in the religion.
- They are also responsible for teaching, preaching, and guiding people.
- They refer to their holy book to help others and also settle disputes between people on religious matters.
- They may also be business women and may also be involved in other social activities.
- Sometimes women rabbis become teachers to teach children in schools and conduct special classes on Jewish religion just to make Jewish children aware of their customs, traditions and religion.
