8888 Punder and 2222 Sand Dr are the homes in foreclosure. If the first address is different, it is because the owner lives there and the foreclosed property is a rental or second home.

Once you’ve found your local foreclosure list, make sure you get to the list as quickly as possible. The faster you get the list, the faster you can send out letters for homeowners to call you.

If you have to buy a good foreclosure list, just make sure it’s a very recent list. The Daily Reporter charges $95 a year to subscribe to their newspaper, then you can go online and download foreclosure lists for free. This newspaper is only for Colón, not for any other city.

I do not recommend buying foreclosure listings from companies online such as foreclosures or foreclosure listings. This list is typically 30 days or more old and is too long to create an effective marketing campaign. You want a listing that takes 2-3 days to arrive once the property has entered lis pendens. Some smaller cities only publish foreclosure listings weekly or once a month in the local newspaper, so understand that not all cities are online like Columbus.
